Unsweetened tea- It might not quite hit that sweet spot, but a glass of unsweetened ice tea can be really refreshing once you get used to it. Add a little lemon if you need more flavor.
Flavored waters- There are many varieties of flavored waters out there that you can try. Some are flavored sparkling waters, so you still have that soda fizz.
Instead Of Dessert
Having a big dessert, especially at the end of the meal as is tradition, can leave the pH of your mouth completely off, putting you at risk for bacterial growth and plaque buildup. Try some of these healthier options:
Bowl of cereal- Slightly sweetened cereals are always better for you than a slice of chocolate cake. And the milk helps wash the sugar off your teeth!
Yogurt- Yogurts come in a variety of flavors and because of their consistency don’t stick to your teeth.
